Let’s plan your next move.

Pack and measure your cargo

Use sturdy packaging suited to the contents, cushion fragile items and secure loose parts. Measure the outside of each packed box, pallet or item: length, width and height. Select one unit for all three measurements. Include packaging in the estimated weight.

Prepare your shipment information

List the contents and quantity, pickup and destination cities, preferred date and access or loading requirements. For items of different sizes, give each item’s dimensions in the message box. Keep a packing list and any available purchase invoices ready for the team’s review.

For vehicles

Share the make, model, year, running condition and vehicle dimensions. Have your ownership documents and purchase invoice, if available, ready for review. Ask our team to confirm the documents and preparation steps for your route before arranging collection.

Before collection

Confirm the written quote, agreed service, collection arrangements and recipient details with McVender. Tell the team about fragile goods, batteries, liquids or other items needing special handling before booking. Photograph your packed cargo and keep copies of your shipment documents.
